  • SPM qualification / Fresh graduates
  • High proficiency in English and Traditional Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
  • Have no issue working on 24-hour rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time) (currently are more on afternoon and night shifts)
  • Have no issue to based at Subang Jaya Office, Selangor
  • Able to start working on 6 June 2023
Tanggungjawab
  • Handling all inbound, outbound and email in regarding to customers\' inquiries/complaints/issues relating to travel booking services (e.g. hotel room booking)
  • Passionate and provide satisfied customer service.
  • Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
Manfaat
  • Monthly Salary: RM 4,000 Basic + Up to RM 500 KPI Allowance + RM 20/day Transportation Allowance(10pm-6am)
  • 18 days of Annual leave, 14 days of Sick leave + EPF + SOCSO
  • One-month paid training
  • Closed to LRT Subang Jaya
