High proficiency in English and Traditional Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
Have no issue working on 24-hour rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time) (currently are more on afternoon and night shifts)
Have no issue to based at Subang Jaya Office, Selangor
Able to start working on 6 June 2023

Handling all inbound, outbound and email in regarding to customers\' inquiries/complaints/issues relating to travel booking services (e.g. hotel room booking)
Passionate and provide satisfied customer service.
Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
Manfaat
Monthly Salary: RM 4,000 Basic + Up to RM 500 KPI Allowance + RM 20/day Transportation Allowance(10pm-6am)
