Job Description
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Salary: MYR 2,800 per month (basic) + Attendance allowance of: RM 200 (RM100 will be awarded if agent has full attendance with zero lateness, unplanned unpaid leaves and emergency leave & RM 100 for Quality of Work) (information will be furnished by employer on monthly timesheet)
Working hours:
- 5.5 days, 44 hours/ week with, 1.5 off days.
- Sunday - Saturday: 9.00am to 6.00pm - Including public holidays.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for supporting both front and back-office operations, managing data and documents, ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining efficient records
management, and responding to inquiries.
\xef\x82\xb7 Processing forms, protect customer information, and adhere to policies and procedures.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for actioning redemption requests via the Matrix CRM system and managing member information through the member database.
\xef\x82\xb7 Providing high-quality customer service, manage member inquiries and redemption requests, and document and resolve issues promptly.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coaching and educating members on program benefits, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with monitoring guidelines are also key aspects of this role.
