Job Description
5.5 days, 44 hours/ week with, 1.5 off days. Sunday - Saturday: 9.00am to 6.00pm - Including public holidays. Job Scope: . Responsible for supporting both front and back-office operations, managing data and documents, ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining efficient records management, and responding to inquiries. . Processing forms, protect customer information, and adhere to policies and procedures. . Responsible for actioning redemption requests via the Matrix CRM system and managing member information through the member database. . Providing high-quality customer service, manage member inquiries and redemption requests, and document and resolve issues promptly. . Coaching and educating members on program benefits, handling administrativetasks, and ensuring compliance with monitoring guidelines are also key aspects of this role. Working address: .
