Minimum SPM qualification, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
A good command of Simplified Mandarin. (Speak, Read, Type).
Basic English & Bahasa are required.
6 months of call centre experience is preferable.
Must be able to work 24-hour rotational shifts, 5.5 rotational days per week including weekends & PH (9 hours/ shift & 1-hour break)
Must be able to start work on 4th September 2023!
Possess own transport and have no issue working at Kawasan Industry Kota Kemuning.

Scopes:
Respond to customer inquiries and obtain customer information in a timely manner through calls, emails, live chat, social media platforms, and e-commerce platforms.
Resolve customer complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Record and submit customer complaints using the internal system according to the provided SOP.
Do case escalation and investigation according to issues.
Provide VIP services to major customers and maintain customer relationships
