Job Description

You\'ll be in charge of managing the distribution network of lubricant sales in Sabah. Primarily working with auto workshops and ensuring effective supply chain management with the goal to drive business growth.

• Developing and implementing effective distribution strategies and plans to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of industrial lubricants to customers.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the distribution network, including overseeing logistics, transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and distributors to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure effective coordination and collaboration.
• Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Managing and monitoring the performance of the distribution network, including conducting regular performance evaluations and implementing improvements as necessary.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of the industrial lubricant industry and its market trends, as well as an understanding of the needs and challenges faced by customers in the industry.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
