Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMA, DOSH, and other related regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety policies, risk assessments, and safety procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Organize and lead safety trainings, emergency drills, and toolbox meetings. Monitor and review contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with company safety standards. Prepare and submit statutory reports to DOSH and related authorities. Support the implementation of ISO 45001 and other related safety management systems. Lead the Safety Committee and drive continuous improvement initiatives in occupational health and safety.

Requirements:

Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH (preferred or in-progress). Minimum 2-5 years' experience in manufacturing or related industry. Strong knowledge of OSHA, FMA, and Malaysian safety regulations. Good communication, training, and leadership skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
