Designation: Safety Site Supervisor ( Yellow Book)

Reporting to: Project Manager

, roles and responsibilities:

1) To implement and to ensure compliance in all matters related to Occupational Safety and Health of the project sites

2) To inspect the place of work to determine whether any machineries, plants, equipment, substances, appliances or process or any description of manual labour used in the place of work, is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person working in the place of work.

3) To investigate, analyze and maintain statistics on any accident, near-miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease which has happened in the place of work.

4) To ensure all workers comply with Main Con and Intel's Site Rules and Regulations

5) To attend daily TBM (Toolbox Meeting) by Main Con and comply all TBM requirement by Main Con.

6) To conduct daily inspection and safety behavior observation to all works performed.

7) To assist in prepare Work Method Statement and HIRARC for all works, and

obtained Main Con's approval prior to start work.

8) To comply with Main Con's EHS Permitting system (Permit to Work) before starting any work activity at site.

9) To inspect and ensure any machineries, temporary plant, equipment, MEWP and

loading platforms in compliance with DOSH requirement and Main Con's

requirement.

10) To ensure all workers wear complete PPE as required based on their work conditions.

11) To ensure all activities must have complete barricade and appropriate signage.

12) To ensure all activities comply to Main Con's fire prevention requirements.

13) To supervise all general housekeeping workers and liaise with Main Con's EHS

Department for housekeeping.

14) To close all EHS findings captured at worksite and report out to Man Con's EHS

Department before cutoff date.

15) To ensure all logistic arrangement comply to traffic and security rules set by Main

Con.

16) To understand Hazardous Material Control Plan and ensure the requirement is

complied.

17) To maintain the Solid Waste Management Plan and provide all necessary records to the Main Con.

18) To ensure all chemical entry registration to site with Main Con's EHS Department as well as disposal of Schedule Waste.

19) To ensure the execution of site COVID-19 SOP in compliance to relevant authorities requirements.

20) To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
