Oversee and enforce workplace health and safety policies at the project site.
Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) regulations and other statutory requirements.
Organise and lead safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions.
Investigate and report all incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, and reports.
Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices.
Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or related field (Green Book holder preferred).
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in construction or related industry.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Physically fit to work at construction sites.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
