Job Description

Q Industries & Enterprise (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a leading hotel & restaurant equipment specialist that is currently operating from Seksyen 26 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. The organization has been in operation for over 2 decades and our products primarily cater for hotels with a 3 - 5 star rating as well as established restaurants & cafes nationwide. Our product line encompasses all essential loose items needed by these establishments such as chinaware, glassware, cutleries, buffetware, table accessories, linens, guestroom items, kitchenware and many more.
We are a highly motivated and dynamic team. Currently, we are seeking for Sales Coordinator who will be able to perform the following tasks (but not limited to) on a day to day basis:
Prepare and update the standard price lists of stocked items.
Manage and organize the online repository of price lists for all indent & stocked items.
Have a clear understanding on cost calculations.
Assist sales representatives in creating detailed proposal documents for projects and tenders
Assist sales representatives in preparing quotations during their absence.
Manage inter-company, unassigned & overseas client accounts.
Record sales and order information received from managed accounts.
Able to understand client's requirements and propose suitable products & solutions.
Liaise with suppliers & manufacturers for product information, custom made solutions and progress of existing orders.
Assist sales representatives in preparing hardcopy complete catalogues.
To handle sales related telephone calls, emails and walk-in customers when a sales representative is not available. To gather as much details as possible and hand over this information to the relevant sales representative for follow up.
Assist in the coordination of production for house brand linen products.
Work as a team, sharing best practices.

Job Requirement:
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Is proficient in writing and handling emails.
Organized and possesses a high level of administrative abilities to effectively manage paperwork.
Ability to work in a team.
Has self-initiative and able to work with minimal supervision.
Willing to work at Seksyen 26, Shah Alam.
