Job Description


  • Prepare business documents such as Invoice & Delivery Order.
  • Internal coordinate with salesman & warehouse staff against order arrangement.
  • Transportation & order delivery arrangement (Whole Malaysia Coverage).
  • Promotion/ FOC/ Premium Item calculation and arrangement.
  • Documentation filling for finance audit purpose.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Required spoken and written language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (Required to Liaise with China HQ)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 Year(s) work experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Admin or similar role will be highly appreciated.
  • MS Excel (intermediate level and above).
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
