Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Liaise with business partners and customers at the same time; not limiting to calls, emails and live chat, within the same period requiring multi-tasking skill.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia is needed
Mandarin language is added advantage as job may require dealing with Mandarin speaking customers

Able to work under pressure when customer queries is high on certain days
