Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a creative mindset for marketing strategies, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients.Job Requirements :

• Minimum of Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor\'s degrees are preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (requires candidate to liaise with our Mandarin speaking customers)
• Passion for relationship building and selling
• Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
• Resilience, persistence, and a willingness to cope with rejection
• Excellent organization and time management capabilities
• Thrive as an individual and as part of a team
• Possess own transport (will requires to travel frequently)

ResponsibilitiesMarket Development

• Identify ways to market products to new customers, including identifying new target markets
• Generate and track new leads to continue expanding the reach of the business

Sales Management

• Schedule sales appointments with current and prospective customers
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about the products
• Uphold relationships with customers to ensure they remain satisfied
• Constantly seek new ways to make products more attractive to current and prospective customers
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives set by the management.
• Reporting on sales activities, performance, and feedback to the management
