Responsibilities : \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage in technical and consultative selling of our extensive product portfolio, focusing on test and measurement solutions, leak detectors, vacuum pumps and vacuum products within assigned accounts or territories. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates with expertise in Raman analyzer chemical detection system, Raman aviation security systems, and liquid explosive detection systems are encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct product demonstrations, provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage quotation, funnel, forecast, and customer database to ensure effective sales pipeline management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop sales strategies, sales activities plan and proactively exceed sales targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and pursue opportunities in new industries to expand customer base. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively engage in cold calling and diligently follow up on quoted enquiries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cultivate strategic partnerships and foster close relationships with key customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive revenue growth through value-based selling and upselling services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support marketing events, seminars, and other demand creation activities.Requirements Requirements : \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields. Other engineering or science backgrounds will also be considered. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1-2 years of technical sales experience. Fresh graduates with a willing-to-learn attitude are encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of test and measurement, leak detection, and vacuum products will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Quick response to customer inquiries and ability to collaborate effectively within the internal team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent, driven, and results oriented. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a valid driving license, own transport, and willingness to travel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
