• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is an advantage, but not required (training will be provided)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Mandarin is an advantage for this position

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting the right auto parts and accessories for their needs
• Provide product recommendations and expert advice to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Stay updated on new products and industry trends
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times
