Job Description


Job Responsibility Responsible for active and direct sales and marketing activities of company, locally and internationally. Attend to phone enquiries and walk in customer professionally. Deal with external agents to bring in potential business in selling properties, prepare required documentation under company selling policy and prepare presentations regarding existing and newly launched projects to customers locally and internationally. To be familiar with the products in respective region and basic product knowledge of other regions in order to provide prospects with accurate information To be constantly updated on competitor product in the market and build network with personnel across the same industry to gain first hand industry information in order to develop strategic approach toward prospects To monitor and ensure effectiveness of all resources in achieving sales target. Assist Manager to improve product marketability and profitability on existing project sales and also coordinate new project development. Coordinate and organize sales launches, road shows and promotional events. To prepare report such as monthly sales report, activities report, work progress report and relevant reports or documentation that required by management. Preparing of proposal development report, market survey, competitor analysis, property exhibition and magazine evaluation report, sales IT, invitation letter & etc. To assist Manager or Assistant Manager on task assigned. Preparation of letters, forms, plans and other documents for presentation and signing purposes. Periodical sales update for all the projects. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management. Job Requirements A high school diploma (SPM/STPM) is the minimum educational requirement for this position. Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson / property developer background. Able speak in English & Mandarin. Street savvy, independent, and a Go-Getter attitude capable of setting high performance sales result. Excellent product knowledge & strategic prospecting with superb negotiation & communication skills. Ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage. As staff will be dealing with foreign investors.
