Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product information and recommendations.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them in making purchasing decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide post-sales support.
  • Operate the autocount system to process sales transactions accurately.
  • Generate and maintain sales records using the autocount system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Keep the sales area organized and visually appealing.
  • Update product displays and promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and features.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Generate sales invoices using the autocount system.
Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail sales coordination preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer preferences and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in using the autocount system or similar sales software.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle sales transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and additional languages is a plus.
