Job Responsibility Market Research and Analysis Client Relationship Management New Opportunities Business Performance Management Report Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: Market Research And Analysis Conduct market research to identify potential sales channel or sales accounts, and market trends. ( E.g. East Coast, Sarawak ) Analyse competitor offerings and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, understanding their needs and preferences. Act as a liaison between government bodies and the company, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service. (e.g. Water Authorities, Certification Bodies, etc.) New Opportunities Identify and establish new sales opportunities. E.g. new sales channels / sales accounts. Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements for the new sales channels / sales accounts Business Performance Conduct an analysis and present the company\'s business performance on a quarterly basis ( e.g. sales performance by segment and why the change ) Management Report Provide regular reports on his/her and company\'s achievements for market research and analysis, client relationship management with government bodies, new opportunities and business performance as above.
