RequirementsThis position will support sales colleague by performing various administrative and operational tasks, facilitating smooth sales processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This roles might involves direct interaction with customers, coordination with colleagues, and assist in achieving sales targets. Candidates must posses good communication skills, customer centric approach and the ability to handle task given by superior.Responsibilities1) Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and provide product information
Assist customers with purchasing decisions and offer product recommendations (offer right products and quote customers)
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues (if happened)
2) Sales Support:
Assist colleagues in daily sales activities and administrative tasks
Prepare and manage sales orders and reports accordingly.
Coordinate with logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products
3) Inventory Management:
Monitor and ensure products are properly labeled, store and recorded
Assist in stocktaking and inventory audits (if necessary)
4) Sales Reporting:
Compile and prepare sales reports and presentations
Basic track and analyzed sales performance (if requested)
Provide insights and recommendations to sales team based on data analyzed
5) Administrative Tasks:
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for sales team. (Setting zoom or wechat meeting if requested)
Manage correspondence and communication on behalf of the sales team
General office duties
6) Team Collaboration:
Can work in group with colleagues to achieve collective goals
Provide backup support if necessary
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
Qualifications and Skills: * Minimum high school level
Can speak and write in Chinese and English (Company business requires to deal with Chinese people)
Experience in sales, customer services related field is more preferable
Outgoing personnel, and strong interpersonal skills
Excel in Microsoft office Suites (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer focused attitude with problem solving capabilities
