Job Objective To coordinate & control documentations to achieve drawdown within agreed estimated time frame. Responsibilities \xe2\x9e\xa4 Handle daily Sales Administrative & Credit Control activities up to delivery of vacant possession, sub-sales and MOT/strata title matters. \xe2\x9e\xa4 Follow up and coordinate with the Project Team in relation to prompt issuance of Architect Certification and utilities application, Sales Team for purchaser files matters as well as Finance team for cashflow, billing and collection matters. \xe2\x9e\xa4 Precise & timely processing of documents are carried out on matters pertaining to Sale and Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, sub-sales, billings, collections, vacant possession and other related works including late payment interest, water & electricity deposit, all required statutory reports/listings (i.e. 7F Report) to local Authorities are prepared & submitted in a timely and accurate manner. \xe2\x9e\xa4 Responsible to liaise with inter-department, purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties to ensure proper documentation and early loan releases. \xe2\x9e\xa4 To prepare all the relevant reports (i.e. collection, sales progress) as required by the management. \xe2\x9e\xa4 Ensure proper filling system and information posted in IFCA system is up-to-date. \xe2\x9e\xa4 Submit & obtain approval for advertising permit & developer license. \xe2\x9e\xa4 Perform any other duties and/or assignments relevant to credit and sales administration should it be required by Head of Credit Admin.
