Communicate with customers (local & China-based) via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Provide accurate product information and professional assistance
Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner
Recommend suitable products/services based on customer needs
Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall team performance
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities
Build and strengthen customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and after-sales service
Requirements
Able to speak and read Mandarin
(to communicate with China-based customers)
Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused, patient, and professional
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
