Heading/intro:
Our client is an established food ingredients MNC based in Klang Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the development of the Business Development plan and Sales Strategy.
- Ensuring that the team achieved growth in market share, volume and revenue.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers/partners across the HORECA and Food Manufacturing industry.
- Providing leadership to the existing Sales team.
- Ensure that all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes are communicated and implemented within the team
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business or a related field.
- 8-10 years of Sales Management experience in the Food Service industry.
- An extensive network in the HORECA industry in Malaysia.
- People management experience.
- Willingness to travel across Malaysia frequently to meet customers.
