We're a Malaysian FinTech that is focused on improving the Financial Wellbeing of low wage income earning Malaysians. Our goal is to financially empower the millions of people who do not have access to basic financial products.

We are passionate about building a better future for Malaysians via access to tailored financial solutions, such as Earned Wage Access and financial literacy tools! We're looking for a B2B Sales Director who is equally passionate about solving this problem to join our fast growing team.

:

• Define target segments and customers in line with Payd's market entry strategy
• Develop initiatives to increase deal flow and client meetings
• Build multi-level relationships including senior customer contacts and key decision makers and stakeholders
• Execute sales processes to ensure market leading win ratios and strategies
• Establish, meet and exceed sales revenue quota
• Engage with channel partners to find and develop new opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 7+ years successful B2B sales experience
• Strong rolodex of C-Suite clients in one of the following areas: hospitality (f&b/hotels), retail, manufacturing
• You'll have experience of selling strategic Technology Services, either from systems integration or other SaaS / Cloud related services
• Experience understanding a client's business strategy
• You have a structured approach to solution selling that you can articulate and demonstrate
