We are looking for a B2B talent to join our Sales team. In this role, you will support our rapidly growing and evolving business where you will need to proactively take part in driving the growth of the business unit and build rapports with different accounts.

Role and Responsibilities

BO Sensing \xe2\x80\x93 Sensing new BO\xe2\x80\x99s lead, to drive B2B AC business expansion and growth.

• To sense new BO\'s lead, research and identify new business opportunity, and new ways of reaching existing to grow B2B business.
• Perform research and analysis market information to formulate sales strategy for B2B market segments - government and private sectors.
• Devising strategies in reaching out to clients and identifying their needs and requirements.
• Negotiate and work closely with developers, consultants, contractors to provide products / solutions required by B2B customers.
• Work closely with technical spec-in team and CoE team, prepare business proposal, tender and quotation documents focusing based on customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements.
• Actively work to increase market penetration across offerings by expanding the scope of work within existing projects and securing new projects.

• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways

• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments

• Typically requires minimum 5 years\' of related experience and a Bachelor\'s degree, or 3 years and a Master\'s degree; or a PhD without experience
