Job Responsibilities:

Providing coaching and guidance reseller and new joined agent.
Motivate, monitoring and give support reseller to get achieve sales target
Undertake ownership of the growth and success of the assigned reseller groups.
Regularly provide training on basic Selling, Closing and Customer Service-related matters.
Submit relevant report and statistics to management as required.
Overall to act as an ambassador of the company to guide and nurture the resellers

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree, in any field.
Minimum 2 years and above experiences in MLM Sales / Direct Selling / Dropship / or ex \xe2\x80\x93 Insurance agents are welcome to apply.
Required skills: Reporting methods, business development, outdoor sales, marketing, good communication skills and customer servicing.
Candidates fluent in Malay & English.

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Dungun: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
