A graduate with at least a higher diploma or bachelor\'s degree in a related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A team player, result-driven, self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work under pressure.
Ability to travel for work assignments within or outside of the region.

Tanggungjawab

Perform all sales duties - prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales service.
Assist in conducting market intelligence research, analyzing demands, trend & pricing.
Prepare of sales & marketing materials and kits relating to sales, promotion and advertisement including, brochures, flyers, press advertisement and others.
Participate in direct marketing activities and launching such as exhibition, road show.
Ensure smooth operation of sales gallery & sales office.
Attend and assist customer enquiries on property information, loan application and end-financiers.
Understand and compile customers\' feedback and requirements and promote the property to meet sales target.
Prepare sales reports/status of PA reports/Prospect Enquiries Report on a periodical basis.

Manfaat

For HQ : 5 days week, For Site : 6 days week
