Job Description
A regional marketing and distribution company for specialty chemicals is expending their business and is looking for experienced Sales Executive to join their coatings & inks division.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Develops and executes business plan in line with Regional and Company business strategy
- Develops sales and marketing plans & strategies, conduct market research for new markets, market information, and industrial movement
- Maintains good rapport and long-term relationship with customers, understands their needs and monitors products\' performance
- Provides local market information, industry movement, competitor analysis, and competitiveness of products
- Ensures efficient and accurate MRP stock planning in order to maintain the optimal stock level for smooth operations
- Monitors outstanding accounts and ensures meeting of collection targets to ensure the Company profitability
- Bachelor of Science Degree in any discipline, preferably in Chemistry
- 5 years of sales experience related to paint & coating/ resin or in similar industry
- Excellent selling skills with strong knowledge of sales processes, service standards, sales forecasting and budgeting
- Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willing to travel (mainly within Klang Valley and Northen Region)
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
