1. Coordinate sales and business development activities of Laurea
-Social Media, New product, Package 2. Monitor and ensure payment efficiency from clients 3. Ensure that the total amount of Sales Collection reaches the target set in the first year of service, 4. responsible for processing applications and requests from new customers 5. Drive and generate fees from consultation activities on design and construction with potential clients 6. Follow up deposit payment & fees from clients and to make sure payment from clients is on track as per timeline set by the company. 7. Design & Build and maintain a quality communication at all times together with the client, designers, operation and production team to complete the project. 8. Perform Know Your Customer (KYC), by conducting inspections, obtaining as much information about clients as possible to ensure that the closing sales process runs smoothly 9. Collect supporting and relevant documents from clients, making sure everything is filled in properly. 10. Independently source, screen and arrange meeting via online/offline medium with new and existing client, to discuss the requirements and preference of design/materials 11. Establish and enhance rapport with existing and potential clients
