- Leading and managing sales activities to achieve the sales, service and profit targets for a specific sales area.
- Sourcing for new business through market research, government agencies, and business development reports.
- Ensuring timely and efficient customer service.
- Constantly monitor and review the key customer\'s payment terms.
- Consult and discuss repayment terms with customers having cash flow problems.
- Recommend repackaging of customer\'s payment scheme.
- Evaluate the customers contract terms and undertake a review of their requirements based on their business needs.
- Plan and implement training for customers on the product applications.
- Provide service advice on products and the related equipment to optimize the gas capability and performance.
- Prompt and full utilization of sales tools like Salesforce and CMT.
- Proficiency in spoken English & Malay, command of Chinese dialects would be an advantage.
- Good communication skills, excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and develop strategic relations with customers.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Admin or Marketing related.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in manufacturing industry.
