: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our company specializing in solutions for interior design and renovation industry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. \xc2\xa0 Responsibilities :

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the marketing department, engaging with potential clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software solution.
• Build strong relationship with client, understanding their specific requirements, and provide solution to meet the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and effectively communicate product updates and promotions to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Stay updated with the industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the software industry or related field will be adding advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a trust and rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with the interior design and renovation industry is a plus
• Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and achieving targets
• Possess own transport
• Professional and clear communication skills in English and Mandarin
