  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in sales role.
  • Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and concerns.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism in all business dealings.

Tanggungjawab
  • Identify and target potential clients in the laundry industrial sector for hotels
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their laundry service or equipment requirements.
  • Stay updated on the company\'s laundry products, services, and innovations.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and features of the company\'s offerings to drive sales.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Ensure successful closure of sales deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Work closely with the operations, logistic, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
