Requirements
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply / Those have at least 1 year working experience in the related field is added advantage.
  • Possess Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or any related field.
  • Required language(s): English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication, presentation, public speaking, negotiation and listening skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated and good critical thinking skills.
  • Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
  • Multiple Positions Available in Different Departments
1. Sales Executive - Interior Design & Renovation Department
  • Generate sales by selling renovation package.
  • Cold call to reach out client.
  • Meet client needs by proposing suitable project or renovation package to close sales.
  • Able to assist on arranging supplier to make furniture installation.
  • Monitor construction progress.
  • Commission and performance bonus range RM30k to RM170k per year depends on company profitability.
2. Sales Executive - Academy Department
  • Generate sales by selling workshop/course package to client.
  • Cold call to reach out client.
  • Participate in company event (workshop/preview) to close sales.
  • Commission and performance bonus.
Detailed
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Generate sales leads through various sales channels and achieve personal and company sales target
  • Inform customer of ongoing promotions and provide accurate information for all courses
  • Act as the company\'s gatekeeper by handling both new inquiries and announcements to existing clients.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in events or conferences
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
