Description

Primary Objective:

To establish close rapport with car dealers, salesmen and customers to ensure consistent referrals.
To drive HP business with the target set
Responsible for increasing and deveoping sales in areas including:
-Credit Card
-HP Insurance/Takaful
-CASA
Key Responsibilities:

  • To establish a close rapport with Business Associates, e.g dealers and salesmen.
  • Meet and interview customers with high standard services.
  • To ensure turnaround time and accurate data entry, processing and updating.
  • Sign agreements & documents
  • Submission for disbursement (Disbursement Request Form) including creation on credit files.
  • To ensure the targeted group of profile falls within the Acceptance Guildelines for both individual and business entities.
  • Conduct field visit (where applicable)
  • To submit proposal for new dealer emplacement
  • To drive Ancilary Business and cross sell of other Retail products.
  • Assist in collection activities (e.g. Field visit on hardcore account & collection of loan repayment)
Requirements

Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
  • A high-performance team player and result oriented.
  • Pleasant personality and appearance.
  • Wiling to relocate and travel frequently.
  • Sales experoence in retail banking products will be added advantage.
