Johnson & Johnson Sdn. Bhd. is recruiting for a Sales Executive, located in Kuching, Sarawak.
Responsible for achieving Neuroscience product sales which is for treatment in Schizophrenia & Major Depressive Disorder to new and established medical accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives in prescribed territory. Apply knowledge of sales process, product portfolio and customer knowledge to improve sales outcomes.
Assists in implementing market development and field marketing activities.
Schedules appointments and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers. Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers.
Promotes and coordinates Professional Education activities extensively to improve the knowledge of Health care professionals. Makes regular visits to customer locations to capture information on orders and market conditions.
Drives national, regional and local promotional activities that are crafted to advance sales in specific product lines or areas.
Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
Prepares sales reports, market intelligence data and documents as the need arises.
Relays relevant market information to management. Identifies potential impacts to business.
Qualifications
Ability and desire to sell pharmaceutical products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Completes record of inspection results, acceptance, rejection and disposition.
High degree of self-motivation and ambition
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, independent and have an eagerness to learn and work as a team, and a desire to thrive in a very fast paced environment.
