The Position Sales Executive - PARP
Job Summary Based at Ipoh, Malaysia . The Sales Executive role will handle Ipoh By Products sales to our customer base, sales resources, products and channels to achieve planned results. Expected results include but are not limited to growth in profitable sales and market share, new product development and channel management .
JOB SCOPE
Develop monthly sales forecasts
Create sales plans to achieve the sales objective which define by group on an annual basis
Build trusting relationships with key channel partners, end-customers and internal stakeholders
Work with the marketing department on planning and execution of marketing activities throughout the region or market.
Manage Channel to successfully have the correct level of order intake, inventory, and demand for Distribution activities
Provide visit report and market trend, and customer feedback via CRM.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and training
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and handle customers queries, requests/complaints and co-ordinate with the operation team to satisfy customers\' needs.
Identifying and seizing business opportunities and developing new accounts.
Accountable for all logistics and any relevant related issues/collection of payment.
Analyses sales trends/preparation of reports for management/advise on the business
Provide forecasts/budget for markets and territory in charged
Support the Line Manager in planning, developing and implementing sales strategies and activities to meet overall objectives.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Degree holder
Minimum 3 years industrial business sales experience
Understanding and know the customers/market related to cement / constructions market in Malaysia
Candidates with experience in the industrial minerals industry will have an added advantage
Well understanding the cements and construction materials producers in SEA region will have an added advantage
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Logistic knowledge
Customers management and satisfaction
Demonstrated and proven trace record of achievement in industrial sales
A good team player, self motivated and work through complex problems and manages conflict.
