  • Attend customer enquiries, assist and support sales conveying process
  • Build and maintain relationship with potential prospect
  • Source of property listing
  • To market properties for sale / rental
  • To provide excellent sales service to clients and customers
  • To execute marketing plans and follow up sales
  • To conduct negotiation on terms and conditions for sale / rental
  • To present clients real estate investment opportunities
