Requirements

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets representing J&T Express Malaysia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
• Able to attend daily sales teleconference meetings
• Open to learning logistics related to courier and First Mile Delivery
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple leads and customer accounts.
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid work environment based in Klang and Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the logistics and transportation sector, focusing on the Malaysian market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to propose tailored logistics solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
