• Achieve sales and market share targets
• Ensure effective management of \'pull\' programs at farm level in accordance with channel management strategy
• Implement sales campaigns
• Develop lead farmer network to support for sales
• Conduct trials and commercial demos
• Implement customer incentive plans

Overarching Accountabilities

• Implements the sales strategy for Veg seeds in Da Lat region
• Manages channel, YPR and key grower relationships
• Ensures proper forecasting and accuracy of sales volume.

QualificationsCritical knowledge

• Syngenta products and key competitor products
• Crops and agronomy knowledge
• Customers / Channels in Da Lat region

Critical experience

• Experience of the agri-business sector in, Sales and Marketing (3-5 Years)
• Experience in Sales, campaign development and management.
• Working relationship with above country organization
