- Target-driven and capable of meeting sales KPIs.
- Lead Generation and Outreach: Actively call targeted merchants or potential customers to secure appointments. Utilize social media platforms to post engaging content and generate leads. Participate in expos and events to promote retail solutions and build leads.
- Customer Engagement and Sales Presentations: Attend customer appointments and deliver presentations with the support of presales engineers. Prepare and present proposal or quotations to potential customers. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve sales KPIs.
- Post-Sales Account Management: Serve as the point of contact for customers after sales closure to address inquiries or provide support. Maintain long-term relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing department to create impactful content for lead generation. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely deployment of solutions.
