• Responsible for overall contractual rebate programs in coordination with Sales, Pricing, AR, and Marketing departments
• Manage the overall payout calculation, accrual, and analysis to link (business partner) between the Sales and Marketing department, Pricing, Treasury AR & credit control, and Finance department.
• Ensure timely reconciliation between accrual and actual payout to ensure the overall account has been cleared.
• Responsible for Program administration and maintaining pricing conditions in the SAP system, validating local Invoice and Tax invoices, and administering calculations for the Sales and Marketing Program.
• Assist GA Manager in providing financial and technical accounting advice to Sales&Marketing Department and direct the AR accounting and reporting activities to ensure compliance with all external and internal requirements including conducting the continuous evaluation of the business processes and procedures to improve efficiencies in the monthly close process as well as the accuracy/supporting of the data input in Vistex and SAP.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of rebate program in Vistex, including accruals at month-end and pay-out of rebate to customers.
• He/she is also responsible to oversee and manage the overall sales accounting processes of contractual and tactical rebate program settings in Vistex, accrual calculation, pay-out processes, and accounts reconciliation.
• Check and prepare all month-end closing journals such as warranty accrual, RMI accrual, Rebate program accrual etc.
• Timely update on the latest warranty program.
• Responsible for preparing sales tax submissions and following through to payment of sales tax every 2 months.
• Establish and maintain systems, and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, including complying with the requirement of the Sarbanes Oxley Act
• Support for external audit related to the role, tax agent, local tax authority and customs.
• Support for any other matter related to Controlling or Finance such as stock count, Grab project related matter and other ad hoc matter related to the role.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree - with Accounting and Finance background
• 3 -5 years experience in Sales Accounting
• Understand Basic Accounting & Income Tax Art 21 ( Brevet A is preferred)
• Computer literate: MS Office, Access Database & SAP
