Position: Insurance Solutions Representative (Banking Sector)

We are currently hiring on behalf of a reputable financial institution for the position of Insurance Solutions Representative, based at various bank branches across Malaysia.

Role Overview

As an Insurance Solutions Representative, you will be stationed at a bank branch to provide advisory services on insurance products. You will interact with walk-in and existing customers to assess their financial needs and offer protection solutions that align with their goals. This role comes with full training, performance incentives, and long-term career support.

Key Responsibilities

Approach bank customers and present insurance offerings Conduct financial assessments and propose suitable coverage plans Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent service Meet individual sales goals and KPIs Attend training sessions for product and sales skill development

Requirements

Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals Insurance Solutions Representative (Trainee): SPM/STPM with minimum 3 years of working experience Diploma with less than 1 year experience Senior Representative (Trainee): Degree with less than 1 year experience Senior Representative: Degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience

Remuneration & Benefits
