About Our Client
This employer is a multinational medical device corporation. They have a fast-growing business in Malaysia with essential equipment sold to hospitals and clinics.
Key responsibilities will involve:
Collaborating with the sales team to provide reports, forecasting, KPI tracking, and others
Manage and maintain the CRM system and improve on existing processes involving software tools
Consult with the sales team strategically to suggest optimizations or improvements that can increase sales effectiveness
Function as the subject matter expert for all matters pertaining to sales data and provide actionable insights to the business
Planning and providing insights on incentive compensation, field reporting, customer segmentation, field force sizing and business planning
Being an active partner to the business in improving commercial performance and sales/service delivery
The Successful Applicant
Key requirements include:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or data analytics. Life science background candidates with experience in an SFE role will also be considered
3+ years sales force effectiveness/commercial excellence experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or FMCG industry
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or VEEVA
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills. The ability to partner with internal stakeholders is essential for this role
