Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 To identify market requirements and grow the business.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for detailed channel management and dealers\' target.
\xc2\xb7 To monitor and build market shares in the market.
\xc2\xb7 To lead dealers to achieve key performance measures and solve their inquiries on products, promotions and after-sales services.
\xc2\xb7 To maximize brand presence and awareness in the market.
\xc2\xb7 To manage channel development and relationship management.
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Working experience in the IT network or CCTV field is required.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in managing distribution channel relationships in sales is preferred.
\xc2\xb7 Have strong relationship management skills.
\xc2\xb7 Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\xc2\xb7 Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize.
\xc2\xb7 Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills.
