Duties/Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Managed assigned accounts, identify new leads, upsell from previous closed business. \xc2\xb7 Identify new customers and to convert as key account management customers. \xc2\xb7 Managed pipelines and forecast data, provide consistent updates for analysis and reporting. \xc2\xb7 Manage business relationship, gather customer\xe2\x80\x99s intelligence data and cover all level within the customer\xe2\x80\x99s organizations \xc2\xb7 Fulfill proposal\xe2\x80\x99s requirement and to drive proactive proposals that provide highest return on customer\xe2\x80\x99s IT investment \xc2\xb7 Work with various groups internally and position the Company proposals as business solutions of greatest added value Required Skills/Abilities: \xc2\xb7 Good understanding in IT sales process cycle. \xc2\xb7 Have sales knowledge in the Retail/FSI/GLC sectors. \xc2\xb7 Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities. \xc2\xb7 Strong verbal and written communication skills. Education and Experience: \xc2\xb7 Degree in Computer Science/IT, Business Admin or Marketing. \xc2\xb7 At least 2 years or more experience in IT solution/products sales or general sales.
