• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a focus on food products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales target in both domestic and international sales.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own transportation is essential.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
• Explore and develop new markets, domestically and internationally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential vendors and customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
