Responsibilities Develop sales strategies & conduct market research to expand into new business growth opportunities. Able to lead, monitor and motivate sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales target. Improve engagement, conversion and retention of clients for valued proposition. Monitor progress of execution, compliance and prompt completion of existing contracts and tender preparation, submission and negotiation. Analyze sales data, clients feedback, reports from business partners and on competitors activities to formulate sales action plan for management review. Manage and execute sales campaigns, POS collaterals, sales kits, brochures, digital marketing, webinars and digital contents on social media platforms. Promotional material and digital marketing Track and review ROI for marketing campaigns & keep organized records of marketing metrics & results of past campaigns. Network with industry experts to drive brand awareness. Handle the processing of all inquires, orders, sales and deliverance of our full suite of products and services with integrity, accuracy and timeliness. Establish competitive pricing mechanism and attractive rewards scheme for sales team. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, prepare & file important commercial documents, update database in CRM System & disseminate pertinent information to top Management. Requirement: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering / IT / Business/ Marketing or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Able to work independently, self-motivated, pleasant personality, disciplined and good working attitude. Demonstrate strong analytical and collaborative skills Possess good interpersonal communication, leadership & negotiation skills. Capable of creating and cultivating relationships. Strong business acumen with the ability to sell solutions, adherence to long term win-win good business ethics and practices. Well-organized & responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving, able to establish close rapport with managers at all levels, cultivate cohesive team spirit & willing to travel.
