Job Description

Job objectives:

• As part of the Sales & Marketing Excellence team, this Training Manager is responsible for assessing the sales competency, performance, talents of employees and preparing with insightful evaluation and constructive advice for improvement.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage alignment of overall field force training activities with Company\'s training objectives and requirements
• Ensure timely implementation of training modules and programs to the field team.
• Lead in the development, preparation, and localization of training modules/materials for field force training delivery
• Identify gaps/deficiencies in competencies among field teams. Conduct performance reviews/consultation with stakeholders and the Field Operations team.
• Manage overall performance and effectiveness of the field team. Design coaching modules and schedule delivery of modules to increase effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate field force post-training effectiveness (e.g., competency gaps closed, application of skills, etc.). Recommend and implement key improvement areas.
• Evaluate and support training material localization tailored for stakeholder\xe2\x80\x99s specific needs/ requirements.
• Manage interactions with stakeholders on training strategies and delivery channels to ensure stakeholders\' needs are met.
• Field coaching with the reps to identify gaps and improvement plans.
• Participate in field force marketing meetings to understand business needs/challenges and align training accordingly.
• Collaborate with the regional training team in planning and implementation of development programs.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration/ Management/Marketing or related field
• Demonstrate experience in delivering soft skills training.
• Able to deliver training using online training methods.
• Ability to develop training materials including training aides that can be easily delivered by certified trainers.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
