• Minimum SPM holder
• Willing to work indoor and outdoor
• Strong interpersonal, highly self-motivated, pleasant, outgoing character
• Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment
• With experience in property is added advantage

• To focus on sales and marketing for all projects / developments
• To make appointment to meet, present and negotiate with potential clients
• Do sales presentation and closing at developer sales gallery
• Market study / competitors analysis
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Administration and documentation for property related matter
• Provide guidance and assist buyers to obtain loan
• Follow up with clients till booking make and provide excellent after sales service
• Attend and take appropriate action to resolves debtors, inquiries and complaints

• Basic Salary RM1,500
• Plus Performance Income (Commission Based)
• Additional Incentive will be given when sales target is achieved
• Estimated average monthly income [basic + commission] RM8,800.00
