Company Description Gather Properties Sdn Bhd is an established Real Estate Agency headquartered in Petaling Jaya, with branches in Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Johor Bahru, and Georgetown. The company is a member of Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) and registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers And Real Estate Agents Malaysia. With over 20 years of cumulative experience, our founders are well-experienced and hands-on in the real estate field. We specialize in the sale and rental/leasing of industrial & commercial land, residential & commercial properties, as well as project marketing for property developers to both local and overseas markets. Role Description This is a full-time real estate negotiator role with Gather Properties Sdn Bhd. The real estate negotiator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to the sale and rental/leasing of properties. This is a hybrid role located in Georgetown, with flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Estate Negotiator, , Sales, and Lettings skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service orientation Strong negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
