What this job involves

About the role
You will be part of the Sales team that sits within the business line of International Property at JLL. Resourceful and active in identify potential investors and follow through new leads

Relationship Management
You will build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients. You will need to assess client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement and make appropriate recommendations.

Business Development
You will continually look to establish further business opportunities through effective collaboration.

Market Knowledge
You will be conversant and knowledgeable in property tax issues and property law relating to overseas property investments
keep apprised of changes in the international property market. You will have the opportunity to travel and make site visits to developments that are being marketed.

Qualifications
You will have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree / Diploma or relevant educational background. Minimum 5 years of experience within a Prior real estate experience is a plus.
