Provide excellent email support to advertisers, agencies, and Client Sales teams on Client\xe2\x80\x99s ad product suite with clear and timely communication, quality deliverables, and innovative solutions
Perform proactive and reactive analyses of campaign delivery in order to increase performance and drive revenue
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that prevent customers from succeeding on our ads platform
Be an expert on Client\xe2\x80\x99s ads platform; use data to troubleshoot campaign delivery, reporting, ad performance, and respond to campaign optimization queries
Maintain established QA scores on responses and adhere to operational KPIs
1+ years working in Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CRM
Comfortable in leveraging multiple tools to debug and troubleshoot
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and track record of working towards established KPIs.
Customer-centric approach with a strong sense of empathy for customer issues and needs.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or related field
1+ years in digital advertising, ad operations, technology or other related field
